Welcome to CleanStreak. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Getizy ("CleanStreak," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the CleanStreak mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using CleanStreak in any way, you confirm that:

CleanStreak is a personal habit-tracking and sobriety-support application. The Service helps users:
The free version of CleanStreak is available at no cost and includes tracking for one habit, the full streak counter, all 8 milestones, the craving log, basic money-saved tracking, and support for 6 languages.
CleanStreak Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited habit tracking, AI coaching insights, advanced analytics, cross-habit recaps, data export and sharing, and smart notifications. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to you where possible. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
You may use CleanStreak without creating an account (guest mode). To sync data across devices and access certain features, you will need to create an account using an email address, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.

We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account if you failed to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information current. You may not impersonate another person or create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
Each person may maintain one CleanStreak account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limits or other restrictions is prohibited.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion — please cancel your subscription first through your App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid future charges.
New CleanStreak Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The free trial begins when you initiate the subscription in the App Store or Google Play. You will not be charged during the trial period.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the free trial ends. Cancellation instructions are in the "Cancellation" section below.
CleanStreak Premium is a subscription that automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and at the same price (subject to any price changes we have notified you about). The renewal charge will be applied to the payment method associated with your Apple ID or Google Play account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google:
Refunds are granted at the discretion of Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We will cooperate with any legitimate refund investigation.
We may change subscription prices. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will give you advance notice and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google on our behalf through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. Questions about billing should first be directed to Apple or Google support. You can also contact us at getizy.app@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
CleanStreak is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these terms.
CleanStreak is designed to support and motivate users in their personal habit-change journeys. It is not a medical product and does not fall under any medical device regulations. Nothing in the app — including streak counts, craving logs, AI coaching insights, or milestone celebrations — constitutes medical advice, psychological advice, or clinical guidance.
Addiction is a complex condition that may require professional medical or psychological treatment. Using CleanStreak does not substitute for:
If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact emergency services (911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU) or a crisis helpline in your country.
By using CleanStreak, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and agree that CleanStreak is not responsible for any health outcomes related to your use of the Service.
CleanStreak Premium includes AI-generated weekly insights powered by Anthropic's Claude API, accessed through our Firebase Cloud Functions proxy. These insights are designed to provide motivational observations based on your anonymized habit and craving patterns (for example, "You had fewer cravings this week than last week — great progress").
You acknowledge and agree that:
We use Anthropic's API responsibly. Only anonymized pattern data (not your name, email, or personal identifiers) is sent to Anthropic. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
CleanStreak, including its name, logo, app design, user interface, code, text, graphics, animations, and all other content (excluding your personal data), is owned by Getizy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CleanStreak for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of all personal data and content you enter into CleanStreak, including your habit names, craving notes, relapse notes, and streak history. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about CleanStreak, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you. We appreciate your feedback and use it to improve the Service.
CleanStreak uses Google Fonts (Playfair Display, DM Sans) under the SIL Open Font License. Firebase, Google, Apple, RevenueCat, and Anthropic are trademarks of their respective owners. CleanStreak is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CleanStreak and Getizy from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service in a manner not authorized by these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION, e.g., the State of California, United States], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us at getizy.app@gmail.com to resolve it informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving notice.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Belgium, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including your right to bring a claim before your local courts. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes with us individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our business, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will:
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using CleanStreak and may request deletion of your account. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to CleanStreak at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice except where required to act immediately (such as to prevent ongoing harm or illegal activity). You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account.
Upon termination for any reason, Sections 6 (Health Disclaimer), 7 (AI Content), 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Governing Law) survive and remain in force.
